By accessing TAGLearning™’s platform or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have received verifiable parental consent if under 18.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activities under your account.

TAGLearning™ grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials for your personal or organizational educational use. You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute content without permission
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the platform
• Misuse platform features (e.g., attempting to disrupt services)

All content, materials, branding, and software on the platform are the exclusive property of TAGLearning™ or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Course fees and subscription pricing are listed at checkout. Refunds are issued per TAGLearning™’s posted refund policy. Access to materials may be suspended for non-payment.

Users are responsible for ensuring course completion aligns with licensure requirements. TAGLearning™ provides CEU documentation where applicable but does not guarantee acceptance by all licensing bodies.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services (temporarily or permanently) with or without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss.

TAGLearning™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAGLearning™ and its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Laurel, MD unless otherwise required by law.

TAGLearning™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms without notice or liability.
