»Description of Solution

Solution: This could be caused by several things. Try following the proceedure below to iscolate the problem. Please skip to step two if you do not have access to a second computer. 1.) Try installing and using the camera on a different computer to see if it works. If it works on this second computer; you have a problem with either the software; driver; or USB interface on the first computer. Otherwise; you may have a hardware problem with your camera. 2.) Uninstall the software; reboot the computer; reinstall the software; reboot the computer; then plug in your camera. Try running the software to see if the camera works. 3.) Check the status of the driver in the device manager (Control PanelSystemDevice Manager). If you have a red cross or a yellow exclamation mark; there is a problem with the driver; and may need reloading. If the device is not listed; your camera has a fault.
