»Summary of Problem

Problem: After I install Kidspiration on my network server; why can't more than one person use the program at the same time?
Type: Installation

»Description of Solution

Solution: This problem is almost always the result of a permissions conflict. In order for multiple users to access Kidspiration at the same time; permissions for users of the Kidspiration folder on the server must be set to Read/Execute or Read/Filescan ONLY; any write access will cause any user after the first to be locked out of the program. Once you have set the permissions correctly; multiple users should be able to run Kidspiration from the server at the same time.
