»Summary of Problem
Problem:
After installation of the DMC software my computer is telling me that there is no camera detected. When I go into the device manager the camera is not there either.

»Description of Solution
Solution:
Physically unplug the camera and docking station from your computer whilst it is still booted then re-site the docking station in another USB port on the computer it will then pick up the camera as a plug and play device. When you go back into the device manager you will see the yellow exclamation or question mark you can then proceed to install the drivers manually from the device manager. To do this right click on the device with the yellow exclamation mark and selcet update driver this will then take you through the driver installation wizard. Once this has been done you will be able to use the camera in the normal way.
