Problem: I cannot access the login page - what's causing this?

Solution: The login page is secure - to prevent data theft. However; there can be problems with secure pages: i) Your network does not permit you to browse secure pages. Please consult your network administrator. ii) Your Internet browser software does not support 128-bit encryption. Make sure you are using: Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later; or Firefox version 5.0 or later.
