Problem: After recording a video and playing it back; you see bands of lines that flicker across the image.

»Description of Solution

Solution: This is sometimes caused by extremely bright lights; but most often it is the result of an improper setting on the camera device. The camera must be configured to work with the lights in your specific country. If you are filming near an extremely bright light source; try moving away from it. If the problem persists; the hertz setting on the camera needs to be changed. To change this switch; open the battery compartment with a small Philips screwdriver and move the switch to the appropriate setting.
