How to Order

Orders and Pricing

Orders may be placed with TAG online, by telephone, facsimile or post. All orders are subject to acceptance by TAG and product availability. Pricing on products is correct at the time of entering information, however, TAG reserves the right to change prices without prior notice (and this may affect the prices of individual items that are in saved baskets on the online shop). Prices shown on the shop are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges. These charges will be shown separately in the check out process.

Acceptance

By ordering a product, you accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Payment Terms

Payment will be made before supply or service or, if agreed, within 30 days of the invoice date. In some cases, TAG may suspend deliveries until full payment. If payment is late, 2% above the minimum lending rate on the late amount and the cost of recovery shall be payable by you.

Availability of the Goods

TAG will endeavour to ship all orders within 28 days of confirmation of the order. If TAG has insufficient stock or is unable to obtain the stock to deliver the goods you have ordered within this period, then TAG does not charge your own credit card until the date your order is dispatched to you. TAG will inform you by email at the address given in your order form of any delay in shipment.

Your Undertaking and Warranty

You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

Acknowledgement of Order

When you have completed your order, you will be sent an email confirming your order. It will state the products that have been ordered, the cost (including VAT and postage and packaging) and delivery and invoice details. Please review this confirmation closely to ensure all of the information is correct. If your order has been unsuccessful, you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. See our Amendment or Cancellation Policy if you wish to cancel or amend an order.

Payment Options

All payments must be received in pounds sterling. Customers may pay by Master Card or VISA or cheque (only applies to school and LEA customers). All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to TAG, then TAG will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Please make certain when inputting credit card details that you input the information exactly as it is shown on the card, including: correct card number, card holder name, expiration date and valid from date.
